YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Monir, operating as Monir Playworks in Ontario, Canada, handles information for TikiTaka and this support website.

Information the game processes

Why information is used

To create and secure accounts; connect players and run matches; save progress; operate clubs, chat and tournaments; validate purchases when available; prevent cheating and abuse; diagnose problems; and answer support and privacy requests. Some features are optional. Guest bot practice does not require an account.

Who receives information

Microsoft PlayFab provides account, progression and game services. Microsoft Azure hosts tournament, club and related backend services. Photon provides multiplayer and chat infrastructure. Google Play or Apple processes store purchases when enabled. Our website hosting provider serves these pages and may process technical request logs. These providers process information to operate their services. Services can process information outside your country.

Other players can see the information you intentionally make available through gameplay and social features, including display names, selected nationality, appearance, statistics, club or tournament participation and messages sent to them. Do not post personal information in public names, club descriptions or chat. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect players.

Advertising and tracking

The current game has no third-party advertising integration. We do not sell player information or use this website for advertising tracking. This website has no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or embedded social feeds. This policy will be updated before data practices change.

Storage and security

Account and game records remain while needed to provide the account and its features, until a verified deletion request, or where limited retention is required for security, disputes or legal obligations. Service-provider backups and logs can follow their own deletion schedules. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

Account and backend APIs use HTTPS; chat uses secure WebSockets. Multiplayer transport security is still being verified for the release. Remembered sign-in information is encrypted on supported devices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and parents

A child-accessible online experience is being prepared. The intended design disables chat, clubs and other social features for under-13 players, and requires the applicable parental-consent and privacy safeguards before child online accounts can be enabled. These safeguards are not yet complete in the development build. Children under 13 should not create an online account in that build. Parents can contact us to ask about data or request deletion of a child's information. Do not send a child's password or identity documents by email.

Your choices and deletion

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law, by contacting support@monirplay.com. You do not need to reinstall the game to request account deletion. See Delete your TikiTaka account for the process and what is removed. We verify ownership before deleting an account. You can also ask to remove particular information without closing the account, and we will explain whether the game can continue to operate without it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. This policy applies to the TikiTaka titles listed on the home page and their account services.
